What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. You can then decide if you would like to proceed with the order. We do not charge your credit card until we post the item out to you.

What is your refund policy?

Online purchases can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt. You must have your original docket and postage is at the customers’ expense.

What happens if goods received are damaged or faulty?

We will ensure all goods that leave our store are in their original condition for resale. If you receive a product that appears to be faulty, we will contact the manufacturer to replace the faulty item or part.

What happens if I don’t have a credit card?
