We do not charge your credit card until your order is packed and ready to be shipped.

We accept orders from Australian and International customers.

If your item is in stock it will ship within 3 days. Delivery times will vary according to your location.
Delivery Rates

Funky Kids ships goods based on their weight.

Australian Delivery rates:

Under 500g - free
Up to 3kg - $10.00
5 - 10 kg - $15.00
Bulky items and furniture orders - Funky Kids will contact you with a freight quote.

International Delivery Rates:

All international orders will be contacted by Funky Kids with delivery costs.
We will not process your order or charge your credit card until you have accepted the delivery costs.

Delivery for large items (e.g. furniture)

Payment Information

All prices are in Australian Dollars AUD
Payments are debited to your credit card when your order is ready for delivery.
Orders will not be delivered until payment has been processed.

You can pay via credit card using our secure order form.
All orders are encrypted for your security and privacy.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Bankcard.
We do not accept American Express or Diners cards.
Other ways to pay

Funky Kids also accepts direct debit. If you select this method you will see our direct debit bank account details on the checkout.

What happens if I don't have a credit card?

Customers can choose to deposit funds electronically into our bank account.

What happens if goods received are damaged or faulty?

We will ensure all goods that leave our store are in their original condition for resale.
If you receive a product that appears to be faulty, we will contact the manufacturer to replace the faulty item or part.

What is our refund policy?

Online purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. You must have your original docket and postage is at the customers expense.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. You can then decide if you would like to proceed with the order. We do not charge your credit card until we post the item out to you.

Sat: 9.00am - 3.00pm
